Followed the recipe except I cut back on both of the sugars because I’m not a fan of sweet BBQ’d meat. We used this rub as a dry seasoning for our grilled chicken wings and they were delicious. Not sweet at all but enough seasoning to make the wings taste great.

This is a great tasting dry rub, with a kick to it, if you like spicy. I love trying new things, but this was an amazing twist to my chicken wings.

I made as written & put it on a lil over 5lbs of ribs that I baked 1st then added the BBQ sauce to & it was way to salty..!! I gave it 2 stars because next day, I guess because of the sauce they weren't as salty. I doubt I'll make it again (to many others out there to risk ruining meat) but if I do I'll definitely reduce the salt to about a Tbs or leave it out all together.
