- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (neutral, like canola or grapeseed)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup shrimp stock (or unsalted fish stock)

This is fantastic! We really enjoyed it and I’ll definitely make this again.
I must admit that I added a few ounces of Italian sausage and a diced red bell pepper because I had them and felt they would pair well with the other ingredients but I’m confident that we would have enjoyed it without them.
I used Cooper’s Hawk White as the wine and then poured glasses of it to accompany the meal. Served it with basmati rice.
