it ws very very salty but I think that has to do with the fish sauce so next time I'll adjust the sauce - otherwise it was a fun recipe to make

Need to triple the sauce. I followed what the other review’s suggestion regarding the sauce. Now I know it is delicious but both my husband and little one stated that I need more sauce so that the rice noodles are swimming in the sauce. Hence drunken noodles.

This turned out delicious. I had to use rice vermicelli noodles instead of wide noodles bit the flavor was great. Next time, I’ll have the wide noodles on hand. Will definitely make again!

Overall, the taste was okay. The only thing I didn't like was that it came out a bit dry. I'll try to use more sauce next time.
