- 1/4 cup rum
- 1/4 cup amaretto
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (real)
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup flaxmeal
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup toasted nuts (I used 1/4 cup walnuts, 1/4 cup pecans)
- 1 Tbsp. nuts
- 1 Tbsp. sugar (raw, turbinado)
- 1 Tbsp. rum
- 1 Tbsp. amaretto
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
