- 1 tsp. garlic (powder)
- 1 tsp. coriander (powder)
- salt (to taste)
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- butter (for greasing)
- flour (for dusting)

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Place the tomatoes in a food processor, and grind.
- Add all the remaining ingredients, and mix.
