- 1 tsp. chile piquin (crushed, or toasted chile de arbol)
- 1 cup oil (plus 1/2 cup separate, I used half olive oil and half grapeseed oil)
- 1 1/2 cups dried chiles (crushed, jalapeño, chile de arbol, chile japones or crushed red pepper flakes)
- 10 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp. Mexican oregano
- 2 tsp. cumin seeds
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 lime
- salt (to taste)
