- 60 oz. tomato sauce
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 cans corn
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 cup beer (or hard cider)
- 1 green bell pepper (large)
- 1 Vidalia onion (large)
- 7 cloves garlic (fresh)
- 3 lb. ground beef
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. onion powder
- cayenne pepper (2 Tbsp red)
- 4 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. basil

Directions
- Brown ground beef in the bottom of a large stock pot.. Remove excess fat when done.
- Chop onion, pepper, and garlic while the meat is browning. Add to pot and saute until the onions are translucent.
- Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, black beans, pinto beans, kidney beans, corn, brown sugar, and beer/cider. Stir well.
- Add the spice mixture to the pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce to low and simmer for 7-8 hours.
