Mum didn't like it because it wasn't as hot as she wanted it. She didn't like the coating either.

I trebled the amount on the sauce and it as just the right amount. A really lovely dish and I will definitely make this again. I also added extra chilli flakes just to give it more of a kick as well as stir fried sugar snap peas and shitake mushrooms to the sauce.

It would be better to double the sauce. We used one chicken breast and there was not enough sauce. But otherwise a great recipe.

It tasted amazing! Though, I think I should have cut the chicken breast in a smaller fashion. Other then that, it was great.
