- 175 grams pancake mix (I used organic Kialla brand)
- 300 mL milk (Note you could use the whole container of pancake batter if you wanted)
- 300 mL neutral oil
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 Tbsp. canela
- 50 grams caster sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup cream
- 100 grams dark chocolate (70% chopped)
- 1 cup strawberry jam (/ oz)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (/ oz of)
