I LOVE this recipe, it works out great every time and the kids eat it up! It's good if you can get a bit of the moisture out of the zucchini before you start, if you like your bread a bit less crumbly. The kids like some extra chocolate chips too! My oven takes a good 50-60 min to cook but check with a toothpick.
