- 1 1/2 cups full fat sour cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract (get my homemade vanilla extract recipe)
- 3/4 cup maple syrup (real, or honey)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- coarse sea salt (for topping muffins, optional)
- cacao powder
