- 1/2 tsp. cardamon (optional)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (100%)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 3/4 tsp. sea salt (real)
- 50 grams dark chocolate (chopped roughly)
- 500 grams zucchini (grated or blitzed in food processor, added after wet ingredients)
- 1 cup dates (dried + 2 cups boiling water for soaking)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 4 Tbsp. water (leftover date)
- 50 grams butter
- 30 grams dark chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder (100%, or cacao powder)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 7/8 cup almond milk (or water or coconut milk)
