- 1 cup chocolate protein powder (SunWarrior is my fave!)
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs (separated or vegan egg replacer/flax eggs)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (or 1 cup applesauce)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 cup honey (or 1 cup coconut or agave nectar)
- 1/2 cup non dairy milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract (or mint!)
- 5 drops liquid stevia (*optional)
- 4 squares dark chocolate (melted *optional)
- 1 shot espresso (*optional)
- 2 avocados (pitted)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup honey (or vegan sweeter such as coconut or agave nectar)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 4 squares dark chocolate (melted)
