Really good recipe they came out fabulous thank you, slightly crispy on the outside with such a light fluffy centre,

Made as mini muffins and used melted coconut oil for the veg oil, subbed 1/4 cup sugar w/ monkfruit sweetner, only had 2% milk and used whole fat yogurt, then chocolate chips (forgot to chop, so whole semisweet). Baked at 350 for about 13 mins... came out fantastic!
Honestly I am surprised just how light and fluffy they are. Will absolutely bake again! 😊 Thanks for the recipe!
