This hits the spot for cheesy crunchy chicken! I used Velveeta instead of shredded cheese and melted it with the other ingredients before layering over the crushed Doritos! Then, I only used a couple dashes of taco seasoning! Will make again

This was so delicious! The only thing I did differently was grind up all the doritos in the food processor and layer it that way. Also, I cooked two chicken breasts and cubed them.

This dish was very easy and flavorful! I followed the entire recipe except for the regular Rotel. I used the hot Rotel instead and added onion to the lettuce and tomato topping because we love spice! I will make this again!

Was very good. Family liked it. Thought the taco seasoning was over powering so I’ll use less next time.

My husband loved it. I added an extra cup of cheese. Cheddar only Because that's what I had on hand. No tomatoes ( husband hates tomatoes) and added some tapitio for an extra kick. Next time I think going to add some black olives and green onions. This recipes is totally a keeper and super easy!

This is one of my family's favs! I've made it several times just as directed. The most recent time I made it, I only shredded some green leaf lettuce and diced fine some yellow pepper. That's our favorite topping.
