    Excellent, though to be truthful I used it more as inspiration, using sweet chili sauce, ponzu and hoisin. I marinated swordfish for a half hour before putting it on grill. Delicious.

    Very good. I use halibut. I didn't really use the measurements but do proportion wise. I pan fried instead of grill. I will make it again.
