Good basic recipe, however as a born and bred Nova Scotian, it needed more garlic powder to taste like authentic NS donair sauce. I doubled the batch and added 2 1/2 tsp garlic powder and it was perfect.

Perfect just the way it is this recipe is a keeper kids loved it said it tasted the same as their favorite donair shop
