- 1 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 cup scallions (chopped fresh)

- 1 Tbsp. fresh tarragon (chopped)

- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
