- 2 tsp. gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)

- 100 grams potato (all rounder variety, thinly sliced)
- 90 grams zucchini (thinly sliced)
- 35 grams onion (thinly sliced)
- 100 grams enoki mushrooms (stems removed & separated)
- 45 grams shiitake mushrooms (thinly sliced)
- 250 grams tofu (sliced into medium rectangle pieces)
- 20 grams green onions (thinly sliced)
