- 1 gray squash (small, or zucchini)
- 1/2 pkg. extra firm tofu (firm or even soft is OK, 14 oz)
- 1 tsp. garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. red chili peppers (gochukaru)
- 1 green onions (sliced)
- 1 green chile (optional)
