- 3 Tbsp. soybean paste (found at Korean markets)
- 1 tsp. Korean hot pepper paste (or tablespoon, optional)
- 1 onion (small, diced)
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic (finely)
- 1 zucchini (medium, halved lengthwise and chopped)
- 1 potatoes (medium, or 2 small)
- 8 oz. firm tofu (diced)
- 4 oz. enoki (or sliced, plain white mushrooms)
- 3 green onions (chopped)
- 2 jalapenos (optional chili pepper flakes, to taste, optional)
- sticky rice (cooked, to serve)
