It is really delicious! I used a dark pan for 40 mins and was a bit overdone around the edges.

I made this cake for my boyfriend as a anniversary present. And let me tell you it came out soo good!! I also shared a few slices with friends and they all loved it. The recipe called for chopped pecans but you can always substitute chopped walnuts if you prefer. I noticed on the website that the recipe comes from (Incredible Recipes) that a lot of people asked about draining the pineapple. I didn't drain it and I think it made all the difference. The cake was moist and delicious and I would totally make it again. It is very rich though, so make sure you have enough people to share it with!
