I made this dish for dinner a few nights ago using beef, sausage and leftover rotisserie chicken rather than chicken livers. My husband and I both really liked it, and I had enough left over to use as filling for stuffed peppers (just added some marinara to the dirty rice mixture and put cheese on top before baking)! Two great meals out of one simple recipe.

very good. my son loved it. used chicken livers. i love them but my son doesn't. will cook often. i made my own seasoning mix.

I made this with a few changes and it still turned out great. I omitted the beef because I don't eat it and I used brown rice in place of the white. The flavor was delicious and it tasted better than I thought. Easy to make, this is definitely a keeper.
