Very Good, used ground italian sausage instead of just ground pork and used a red bell pepper. Rice is delicious.

One of my favorite rice recipes. I’m not a fan of liver so I increased the amount of pork.

I read lots of reviews before attempting this recipe. I can’t stand livers of any kind and since many reviewers said they couldn’t taste them I gave it a go.....and So glad I did. Followed the recipe exactly and it came out delicious. I made my own seasoning which I think made it less salty and spicy. My husband and son complained incessantly about the livers. Husband loved the rice anyway but son refused to even try it. More for me!!

I hate liver , but it came out so good!! Will definitely use jalapeño peppers next time.

Loved it! I used ground beef, but no chicken livers. My grandson had 3 helpings.

This recipe is delicious. I just made a couple of changes. I used ground beef instead of pork because that's what I had on hand, added some garlic, and instead of creole seasoning I used seasoning salt because of my one year old. I also only used one piece of bacon. My family loved it so I'll definitely make this again
