I’ve been looking for low carb recipes which included cauliflower rice instead of rice. I’m not a big fan of dirty rice but made this version for dinner tonight. Both husband and I really liked it. I used 90% ground beef in place of venison and sprinkled some Franks over the top. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the meat didn’t carmalize as much as I thought it should. And I only used 1 table bacon fat.
