I deleted the green and red peppers and put in jalapeno peppers with most of the seeds removed and green onions to give the dish a little kick. I like my pork thoroughly cooked so I steamed the ribs for about 25 minutes and it came out AWESOME! The entire family loves it, so I've made it about 4 times in 2 weeks with many more to come.
