Love the end result, i broiled it instead and reduced the lemon ingredient to juice of 1 lemon and still was too lemony for my taste which overpowered the Dijon mustard. Overall I give it 4 stars

I had an entire side of salmon from Costco ( 3.5 lbs ). I doubled the sauce, and added some white wine before reducing. The recipe does not call for salt, and it does not need it! The tartness of the sauce is balanced nicely by the richness of the salmon. I did 10 minutes on the grill covered, added the sauce, and 10 minutes uncovered. It was perfect and delicious!
