Very good and easy! I used 6 large chops and increased the sauce to 1.5. Served with red potatoes, corn and watermelon.

Did not have apple juice. Substituted 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and 2 tbsp honey. Turned out great! Made for juicy flavorful pork!

This recipe turned out fantastic. I didn't modify anything and prepped it per the instructions. Highly recommend this to all.
