Hubby and I thought this was fabtastic! I made a full recipe of the marinade - cut the salt in half - but since it was just the two of us, I marinated only a pound of chicken thighs (threw it in before work in the morning and let it marinate all day) with one half of the marinade and reserved the other half to toss a chopped up zucchini, red pepper, and some mushrooms in to cook on the grill pan. So much flavor and you skip all the extra additives common to store-bought jarred marinades. Yummy!!

Perfect. Easy, no fuss, juicy, delicious. I would suggest not adding any salt if your mustard seems plenty salty, though. Didn’t have balsamic on hand, but a mix of sugar, apple vinegar and some left over sangria worked fine. Was in a rush, so 1/2 an hour marinade is all—plenty for deboned, butterflied thighs.

I accidentally made this marinade with pork, but it still worked out amazing. I just patted dry, seared, and oven cooked for about 15 min at 400. Delish!

This is delicious . Only had time to marinate it for 2 hours since it was a last minute dinner decision and the flavor was amazing. Would definitely marinate longer next time and will absolutely make this again!

It was delicious! I did not modify the recipe. Small boneless thighs took about 12 or 13 minutes but one larger one took about 17 minutes. I marinated the thighs about an hour and 15 minutes and it was very flavorful!
