- 1 cup raw almonds (chopped, and/or raw walnuts)
- 2 cups oat groats (soaked in water for 12-24 hours)
- 2 cups coconut palm sugar
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla powder
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup coconut oil (melted by placing jar in hot water)
