- 80 grams wild rice
- 2 fennel bulbs (small)

- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 2 red chillies (deseeded and finely chopped)
- 100 grams bulgur wheat
- 400 mL vegetable stock (good quality)
- 2 avocados (ripe)
- 2 limes
- 1 red chilli (deseeded and finely chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 Tbsp. sherry vinegar (or more to taste)
