- base
- 1 head curly kale (Lacinato, dinosaur kale is best, but, works also)
- 2 handfuls sprouts (any kind you like. I like Sunflower sprouts and Clover sprouts best.)
- 1 cup sundried tomatoes (sliced, or fresh tomatoes)
- 1 avocado (medium, sliced)
- 1 handful fresh dill (chopped, optional, but I love the taste it adds to this salad!)
- dressing
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice (Meyer lemons when available)
- 4 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. dulse flakes (or dulse strips, optional)
- sea salt (Coarse Celtic)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (optional)
- nori (Untoasted, wrappers)
