recipe was good.. we can add vege of our choose such as potatoes, carrot and butternut squash which makes this a more nutritious curry. i also added a bit of tamarind juice. curry leaves was added in the tempering.

This dhal recipe is simply delicious, it tastes the same I had many times in India, I absolutely recommend it
