- 1 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chives (minced)
- 1 tsp. shallots (finely minced)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. capers (chopped, Rinse well and dry with a paper towel before chopping)
- 2 tsp. grated lemon zest
- salt (to taste, the capers will add some salt to taste first before adding additional salt)
- chives (Finely chopped)
