I liked it a lot. I think next time, I'll reduce the green onion a smidge, reduce the mayo, add more mustard, cayenne, and Frank's red hot sauce. Great first try. Will make it again (with variations)

AMAZING! I think it's the red wine vinegar that takes it to the next level. I have made this a half dozen times and have passed the recipe on to friends. I omitted the hot sauce but will try the recipe to the letter soon. HIGHLY recommend to anyone who loves egg salad/deviled eggs!
