- 1/4 cup dried currants
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 cups cauliflower florets (small, about 1 small cauliflower)
- 2 cups broccoli florets (small)
- 1 cup carrots (each grated, chopped purple cabbage and shredded Brussels sprouts)
- 1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup broccoli sprouts (loosely packed)
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley (each, and cilantro, finely chopped)
- 2 tsp. kelp (or dulse flakes, note: these have a salty, fairly distinct sea vegetable-like smell, and small amount goes a long way)

- 1/4 cup water (each, and tahini)
- 2 tsp. ginger (minced or pureed)
- 1 tsp. light miso
