Even though it’s healthy this salad is full of flavor (for those who aren’t crazy about veggies) and quite delicious. Plus it’s really filling, which is great if you’re trying to cut back on calories.

It's yummy! it's my first time to eat raw cauliflower and broccoli and the lemon and vinegar that was mixed with it helps to lessen the raw veggie taste! i can it this everyday.

This is a great salad with tons of flavor! Non-vegans in the family said it tasted like the salad with broccoli, bacon and raisins, but unlike that one, this one is so healthy.
