Ingredients

- 3 cups pasta
- 1 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 potato
- 2 tsp. oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. coriander powder
- Garam Masala (powder – ½ teaspoon)
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
- 2 tsp. coriander leaves
- 5 green chillies (optional)

Directions
- Cook the pasta as per instructions on its pack. (With 1 teaspoon salt)
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the ground paste & sauté for a minute.
- Add chopped onions corrinader powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder & sauté for 2 minutes.
