I thought it turned out well. I didn’t use the ham. I sliced the potatoes on a mandolin so they were uniform and about 1/8 inch this also cooked it for 15 minutes longer covered and then the additional 15 minutes uncovered. My husband enjoyed them.

great an all in one meal for 3. perfect and easy, nutritious, fast to prepare. not too many ingredients., Flavorful and there is some left for lunch tomorrow!!
