- 1/2 lb. beef (thinly sliced, sliced beef for shabushabu)
- 1 enoki mushrooms (pack, rinsed, with ends trimmed and pulled apart)
- 1 bunch shungiku (Tong Hao, thoroughly rinsed and cut 2-inch from the end of the stem)
- 1/2 hard boiled egg
- green onions (a pinch of chopped)
- 1 pinch toasted sesame seeds
- white pepper (to taste, optional)
- 3 drops sesame oil
- 3 drops vinegar
