- 1 chopped onion (small)
- 1 cream
- 2 chopped tomatoes (peeled and)
- 3 drops lemon juice

Directions
- Fry in butter four veal chops seasoned with salt and paprika and one small chopped onion.
- Moisten with one pint of cream; add two peeled and chopped tomatoes and set to cook for ten minutes.
- Arrange them on a dish.
