Directions
- Take equal quantities of new string beans, carrots, potatoes, gherkins, mushrooms, lean ham -- all cut in julienne, and add some new peas and capers.
- Cohere the whole with mayonnaise sauce; dish and decorate with some sliced beetroot and chopped parsley.
- Serve very cold.
