Directions
- Take twenty boiled shrimps and cut lengthwise; add equal quantity of asparagus tips, season with lemon juice, chopped parsley and a little mayonnaise and puree of tomatoes.
- Cover with mayonnaise sauce and decorate with lettuce leaves, sprinkled with some chopped beets.
- Serve very cold.
