Its easy to make, especially if you buy cauliflower already riced. Its a good basic recipe, but like another comment pointed out, its missing something. I added in bacon grease that i had on hand to give it more flavor.

Pretty easy to make, tastes okay, needs something but I haven't figured out what yet.
