Having read the previous comments I made changes and added one more can of tomato sauce instead of water. Replaced one of the carrots for one courgette and added asparagus. I cooked the lentils apart so as notvto overcook the vegetables. Served with grated parmesan cheese and it was indeed delicious!

Did not care for this. Not enough tomato sauce for my family. Instead of 4 cups of water I should have added tomato sauce. It would have been much easier and tastier to just add lentils and veggies to our regular spaghetti sauce. Will not make again.
