- 1 3/4 cups chicken (cooked and chopped, skin removed)
- 1 cup garbanzo
- beans
- 1/2 cup white wine (or ½ cup more chicken broth, if desired)
- 1 Tbsp. italian seasonings
- black pepper (to taste)

- 1 cup water
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 1 tsp. Parmesan cheese (for each serving, optional)
