- 2 cups mixed vegetables (your choice, chopped, you can also use leftover roast vegetables cut up into 2cm chunks)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 150 grams bacon (diced, you can also use diced ham)
- 100 grams crumbled feta (you can substitute the feta for grated cheddar cheese if you like)
