- 3 cups all purpose flour (organic, I used Bob’s Red Mill)
- 2 cups bread flour (organic Artisan, I used Bob’s Red Mill)
- 1 packet active yeast (dry fast, That’s 2 1/4 tsps!)
- 1 Tbsp. pure cane sugar (organic)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (organic, I used Sugar in the Raw)
- 1/4 cup warm water (make sure it’s warm + not hot!)
- 6 Tbsp. vegan butter (I used Earth Balance)
- 1 1/4 cups almond milk (Or your fave non-dairy milk!)
- 1/2 cup butter (Creamy Butter)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp. vegan butter (melted)
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (organic, Sugar in the Raw is Vegan-approved!)
- 3 Tbsp. vegan butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (organic)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
