- 3 garlic cloves (peeled and chopped)
- 1 piece ginger (peeled and chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 3 sunflower oil
- 1/2 cabbage (finely chopped)
- 1 carrot (finely chopped)
- 1 green pepper (thinly sliced)
- 2 spring onions (sliced)
- 300 grams noodles (choice, egg, udon, Canton, rice, etc)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic paste (chilli)
- 1 tsp. dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp. light soy sauce
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. oyster (/mushroom sauce)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pinch black pepper

Directions
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the ginger and garlic.
- Next, add the red chillies and onions and cook for a couple of minutes until softened.
- Add the cabbage and stir through.
