- 1/2 avocado
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter (1-)
- handfuls greens (large, organic, baby kale, baby chard, arugula, green & red leaf)
- lettuce
- spinach
- broccoli (stem)
- broccoli (leaves)
- 1/2 cup vanilla (milk, almond, coconut, or rice milk)
- 1 cup cold water (½ -)
- 1 scoop protein powder (your favorite, vanilla, original or berry flavours go well)
- 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 apple (organic, peeled, apples are important to buy organic as they are on the Dirty Dozen List)
- 2 Tbsp. natural sweetener (1-, maple syrup, agave syrup, honey, stevia)
- 2 medjool dates (1-, soaked for 10 mins if you don’t have a high powdered blender)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract (or powdered vanilla bean)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 Tbsp. spirulina powder
- 1 scoop greens (powder)
